A science-fiction adaptation of a Khmer legend about the origin of thunder, lightning and rain. In the Phnom Penh of a cyberpunk future, Ream Eyso, an ogre, steals a crystal ball from Moni Mekhala, the goddess of the sea, giving him the power to control the weather.

Lim Heng │ Will 吳興林
生長於柬埔寨金邊的華裔電影導演、電影特效藝術家及攝影師。吳興林一面投入商業廣告、劇情片及MV產業，一面以獨立導演之姿創作。小學開始編導電玩故事，並自學電影及特效藝術。2015年獲亞洲電影學院獎學金。多部短片作品入選柬埔寨國際電影節、首爾國際微電影節、柬埔寨城市電影節、以及柬埔寨短片節。他以視覺特效介入社會現實的觀察，刻畫科幻末日的金邊，呈現與同世代柬埔寨導演截然不同的影像敘事風格。
Lim Heng is a director, visual effects artist, and cinematographer based in his birthplace, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. His main work consists of television commercials, feature films, and music videos. Mostly self-taught, Lim, who goes by the English name "Will," was a fellow at the Asian Film Academy in 2015, and his short films have screened at Cambodia International Film Festival, the Seoul international Extreme-Short Image & Film Festival and Cambodia Town Film Festival.
